We have been repairing hard surfaces professionally since 1995. In three decades, we have carried out tens of thousands of repairs across the South East and beyond — on baths, worktops, tiles, floors, doors and virtually every other hard surface you can find in a home or commercial property.

We are based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, and cover Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire and London as our primary area, with nationwide coverage for commercial clients and larger projects.

What We Do

Hard surface repair is a specialist trade. It requires an understanding of materials — how they are made, how they behave, how they fail — combined with skill in colour matching, texture replication and precision application.

When a granite worktop chips, the damage exposes the raw mineral structure beneath the polished surface. Repairing it properly means filling the void with a colour-matched resin, curing it, shaping it flush with the surrounding surface, and polishing it to match the original finish. Done well, the repair is invisible. Done badly, it is obvious.

We have spent 30 years getting it right. Our technicians are trained and experienced in working across all surface materials and damage types. We carry the equipment, materials and colour library needed to address virtually any repair on-site, in a single visit.

Who We Work For

Our clients range from homeowners with a single chip in a bath to commercial property managers overseeing portfolios of hundreds of units. We work with landlords and letting agents, Airbnb and holiday let owners, new build developers, hotels and hospitality businesses, insurance companies and facilities managers.

Our Approach

We do not recommend replacement unless repair genuinely is not viable. In 30 years of practice, we have found that the vast majority of surface damage — however severe it looks — can be repaired to an invisible or near-invisible standard.

We give honest advice. If a repair is not achievable to the standard we require, we will tell you — and we will explain why. We would rather lose a job than do work we are not proud of.
