On-time attendance — we confirm appointment times and attend as agreed. If anything changes, we contact you promptly.

Clean working — we protect surrounding surfaces and work cleanly. We leave no mess.

Realistic expectations — we discuss what result is achievable on your specific repair before we begin. We do not overstate what is possible.

Guaranteed workmanship — all our work carries a guarantee. If a repair fails within the guarantee period due to our workmanship, we return and resolve it at no cost.

Our Guarantee

All Surface Repair Specialists work carries a workmanship guarantee. The guarantee covers material failure, colour match failure and finish failure attributable to our workmanship. It does not cover new impact damage, inappropriate cleaning products or substrate failure. The guarantee period is discussed with every client before work commences.

Aftercare Advice

Cleaning — use mild household cleaners. Avoid bleach, abrasive cleaners and caustic products on repair areas.

Timing — most repairs can be used the same day. We advise on any specific curing requirements.

Heat — treat repaired areas with the same care as the surrounding surface regarding heat exposure.
