Where We Fit in the Construction Programme

Pre-handover snagging — surface defects identified during the snagging process are resolved before practical completion. We work to programme alongside other snagging contractors, attending developments systematically to address chips, cracks and scratches across all surface types.

Defects liability period — surface defects emerging during the 12-month defects period are addressed promptly. We aim to respond within 1–3 working days for most locations.

Installation damage — damage caused by other trades during construction is inevitable and professional repair is more efficient than replacement.

Show home preparation — all surface defects resolved before marketing photography and first viewings.

We work across all surfaces specified in new residential and commercial construction — quartz and granite worktops, porcelain floor tiles, composite sinks, acrylic and stone resin baths, composite doors, LVT floors, ceramic wall tiles.
