Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided from photographs are fixed prices based on the damage visible in the photos provided. If damage is found on attendance to be more extensive than shown, we will advise before proceeding. We do not charge a call-out fee.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the repair visit. We accept bank transfer and card payment.

Guarantee

All workmanship is guaranteed against material failure attributable to our work. The guarantee period is discussed with each client before work commences. The guarantee does not cover new damage, inappropriate cleaning products, or substrate failure.

Liability

Our public liability insurance covers damage caused by our negligence during repair visits. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or substrate conditions not visible prior to repair.

Cancellation

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law.
