What Our Guarantee Covers
Our guarantee covers the workmanship of the repair — the adhesion of the repair material, the quality of the finish, and the durability of the repair under normal conditions.
If a repair fails within the guarantee period due to our workmanship — if the filler shrinks, the colour changes, the surface delaminates from the repair, or the finish deteriorates — we return and resolve it at no cost.
What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
Further impact damage — if the repaired area sustains a new chip or impact after the repair, this is new damage and is not covered by the original guarantee.
Inappropriate cleaning products — harsh chemical cleaners, bleach or abrasive products can damage repair materials as well as the surrounding surface. Using appropriate cleaners is the customer’s responsibility.
Substrate failure — if the substrate beneath the repair fails (for example, a cracked tile caused by substrate movement), the repair cannot prevent this and re-treatment is required.
How Long Does the Guarantee Last?
Our guarantee period varies by repair type. We discuss this with every customer before carrying out the work. Professional-grade repairs on most hard surfaces carry a minimum 12-month guarantee.
